CuteDraw supplies sets of shapes for different applications, these shapes for a special application are stored in a stencil, called library. When you start a drawing, you should open the libraries to that drawing file. Each time you drag a shape from a library or from shape search results onto the drawing page, the shape's master (master: A shape on a library that you use repeatedly to create drawings. When you drag a shape from a library onto the drawing page, the shape becomes an instance of that master.) is copied to the document library, and an instance (instance: (1) A copy of a master, which you create by dragging the master from a library to a drawing. (2) A running image of a Windows application.) of the master is created on the drawing page. Instances inherit formatting and other properties from masters on the library or use page default formatting. On the library pane, you can do the following:
To open the library pane, on the View menu, click Library Window.
